CCTV installed at £150 million Bridgwater Gateway business park

Full infrastructure is now in place at the 100-acre site at Junction 24 of the M5 motorway, which has detailed planning permission for industrial design and build from 10,00 sq ft to 300,000 sq ft, plus office space from 5,000 sq ft to 32,000 sq ft.

Phil Wade, Development Manager for Bridgwater Gateway, said: “The installation of a state-of-the-art CCTV system heralds the start of construction work at Bridgwater Gateway, which will feature fast-track delivery of new buildings, typically within than 12 months.

“We are committed to creating a secure and safe environment of our occupiers, as part of that we are ensuring that the entire 100-acre site benefits from high-quality CCTV coverage.”

Bridgwater Gateway, which is being marketed by sole agent Colliers International, is the newest business park on the M5 corridor. It will combine high-specification new office and industrial space with hotel and local facilities in a landscaped environment.
