Businesses, entrepreneurs and innovators from across Somerset are invited to attend a free one day workshop designed to help transform ideas into practical, sustainable business plans.
Hosted by the Somerset Innovation Hub in partnership with The Collar Factory, the Innovation Workout will take place on Friday the 17th of July, from 9.45am to 4.00pm, at The Collar Factory in Taunton.
Using Strategyzer’s internationally recognised Business Model Canvas methodology, the workshop will help attendees test and strengthen their business ideas, identify opportunities, understand their customers and create a clear roadmap for future growth.
The workshop is suitable for aspiring entrepreneurs, established business owners looking to refresh or pivot their business, and product managers or innovators developing new products or services.
Participants will benefit from practical exercises, collaboration with other founders, expert guidance and constructive feedback, leaving with a validated business model and greater confidence in their next steps.
The Somerset Innovation Hub is delivered by the University of Exeter, as part of the SETsquared partnership, in collaboration with Somerset Council. The Hub supports individuals and businesses developing new ideas through workshops, events and one to one advice.
