The opening of the Holiday Inn Express at Junction 24

The Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce was really pleased to be involved in the opening of Bridgwater’s newest Hotel The New Holiday Inn Express at Junction 24. Joined by Mayor of North Petherton Cllr Alan Bradford – who helped to cut the ribbon with Tim Wheeldon from Zeal Hotels as well as key members of SDC and contractors and Chamber members.

The Bridgwater Chamber have liaised with the Zeal directors and manager Barnaby, to help supply local contractors in making sure that the Hotel was not only completed to the highest standards, but also with engagement from local contractors.

Chair Stephen Leahy joined the senior management team and some key contractors on a tour of HPC site last Friday, which was arranged at last minute and thanks go out to David Eccles from EDF for facilitating this tour.

The Hotel is a series 4 within the Holiday Inn Group and the quality and comfort are exceptional.
