HOW

We believe that mixture of classroom, experiential and action-based learning interwoven with ILM leadership theory is the key to producing tangible results – improving performance and productivity. This approach gives learners the ability to take what they learn on the course directly back to the workplace.

WHERE

Our training programmes can take place either in Somerset at our purpose-built site, with tasks set in 70 acres, or we can travel to you. The types of tasks available are dependent on the location and whether the programme will be in – or outdoors.
