This is a 10‑week, in‑person, government‑funded Generative AI Skills Bootcamp for adults 19+ that shows non‑technical professionals how to use tools like ChatGPT and other leading AI platforms to think, write, plan and solve problems more effectively at work, treating Generative AI as a practical communication and productivity skill rather than a tech skill.

Now running for over 18 months with 15 cohorts and roughly 150 learners and businesses, this course takes you from the basics of how AI and large language models work through hands‑on prompt‑crafting and real‑world use cases in marketing, operations and data analysis, then into designing an AI‑driven transformation plan for your own role or organisation so you leave with a personalised roadmap, practical examples you can reuse, and the confidence to apply AI every day to save time and drive growth.

Along the way you build a portfolio of prompts, workflows and ideas tailored to your context, see how other organisations are already using AI to streamline their work, and benefit from 3 hours of post‑course 1:1 implementation support to help turn your plans into measurable results back in the real world, with the number one piece of feedback from learners simply being that the experience has been “life changing.”
