Finding future talent starts long before recruitment.

Following the recent launch of the Schools Chamber, the Somerset Careers Hub and Somerset Education Business Partnership are inviting members to join them at Work Experience in Action: Building Somerset’s Future Workforce – a free employer event exploring how businesses can support young people through work experience and careers education.

Whether you’re already offering opportunities or just beginning to explore how you can get involved, this event will provide practical guidance, employer case studies and networking opportunities.

You’ll also be among the first to see EBP Connect, our new platform designed to make employer-school engagement easier than ever.
