Francis Clark joins PKF International

Tuesday 5th April, 2016

Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce member Francis Clarke has joined the PKF International network of accountancy firms, rebranding as PKF Francis Clark.

It will remain an independently owned firm within the wider network, which is made up of more than 400 offices spread over 150 countries..

The firm’s recently announced merger with Princecroft Willis has also now taken effect, creating a combined business with revenue of £38m and a team of more than 580 people and 59 partners across eight offices.

Andrew Richards, managing partner at PKF Francis Clark said: “Working together with these other member firms on a national and international level will enable us to provide better support to our clients both here in the UK and around the world.

“I am confident that clients needing to use the PKF network on a national or international basis will become aware of an improved service; for those who do not, the only change will be a prefix to our name.”

PKF International chief executive John Sim, added: “It is wonderful to welcome PKF Francis Clark to the PKF global family. Those in the PKF network who have already worked with PKF Francis Clark, are impressed with their teams broad expertise, high quality and most importantly, client service focus.”
