Help with starting your business in China

Wednesday 28th October, 2015

Hello ,

With the visit of President Xi to the UK, China UK is proud to announce that we now offer a full service of creating WFOEs for companies wishing to enter the Chinese market.

A Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE, sometimes incorrectly WOFE) is an incorporated  foreign-owned limited liability company.

A WFOE is an essential first step in starting your business with China, for the purposes of raising invoices, paying suppliers and having a Chinese bank account, employing local staff and indeed credibility in the market.

Our service is much quicker than the traditional route of employing a solicitor or accountant in China and in most cases half the price.

Our service also offers introduction to suppliers in China for Accounting, Banking,  Legal and other essential trusted colleagues.

As usual we can also assist with introductions and partnership brokerage at all levels, from government to government, all levels of private sector , assistance and access to inward investment incentives in both China and UK as well as investment opportunities, delegations and education opportunities.
