Everys Solicitors is delighted to be taking part in this year’s St Margaret’s Hospice £50 Challenge, a fundraising initiative that invites teams to start with just £50 and spend 50 days turning it into as much money as possible for this much-loved local charity.
The challenge began on 1st September, and our Everys fundraising team is already looking forward to getting creative, bringing people together and doing what we can to support the vital work of St Margaret’s Hospice.
We have chosen to take part because hospice care touches so many families, often at the most difficult times in their lives. St Margaret’s provides compassionate care, comfort and support to people across Somerset and beyond, but like many charitable services, its resources are limited. The hospice relies on the generosity of the community to continue delivering its remarkable care and to ensure it can keep supporting patients, families, and loved ones well into the future.
As part of the challenge, we will be hosting a drop-in coffee morning at our newly renovated Taunton office on Wednesday 30th September, from 11am-2pm. We warmly invite clients, colleagues, local businesses, friends and members of the community to drop in, enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake, meet the team, and take a look around the refreshed office.
The coffee morning will be a relaxed opportunity to come together, support a wonderful cause, and help us make the most of our £50 Challenge fundraising efforts. Every donation, whether large or small, will help St Margaret’s continue its essential work and make a real difference to people when they need care and support the most.
We are proud to support St Margaret’s Hospice and hope to see as many people as possible at our Taunton office on 30 September. Everyone is welcome to drop in and help us raise funds for this fantastic charity.
