Bridgwater Chamber/Sedgemoor FM Live In-Out Debate 9th June 2016

Wednesday 15th June, 2016

Feedback to the Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce indicated that many people were undecided on which way to vote in the EU referendum due to their not being  enough unbiased information. We therefore got together with Sedgmoor FM to give you the opportunity to place your questions to an expert panel via a live radio show.

On the 9th June a live debate was broadcast direct from the Sedgemoor FM studios.

There were 6 speakers on the panel – 3 for each side

For the leave campaign were Chris Spencer, James Tucker and Steven Fitzgerald

and for the remain campaign were Mick Lerry, Ewan Jones and Tessa Munt.

A wide range of questions were put to the panel from the studio audience with a range of topics covering the economy, grants, security, sovereignty, trade and brits living in Europe to name but a few.

The panel dealt brilliantly with the questions, on what is a very  emotive topic, and managed to provide the audience with much needed information to help them make a decision on 23rd June.

To hear what was said you can listen to the show for a limited period at www.sedgemoorfm.co.uk/listen-again/

Please note there are 2 parts to the broadcast.
