Experience a powerful, non invasive reset for your nervous system with meditation and a calming sound bath.
All you need to do is sit or lie down comfortably and allow the resonant frequencies of Crystal bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs and other instruments to wash over you.
The cascade of harmonic sounds will guide your brainwaves into a meditative state, releasing deep seated tension leaving you feeling grounded and deeply relaxed.
