The Dryad Gin Experience Delivers an Evening of Sensory Storytelling and Community Connection

Wednesday 26th March, 2025

On March 20, we hosted The Dryad Gin Experience at Somerset Film at The Engine Room, Bridgwater. This unique networking event invited guests to immerse themselves in the world of Dryad Gin, where distiller Becky Wright captivated attendees with an engaging blend of storytelling, interactive displays, and gin sampling.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a virtual walk through the “Dryad wood” while learning about the rich heritage and design process behind Dryad Gin. Becky shared the inspiring story of her mother’s influence on the brand’s labelling and discussed how specially commissioned music has become an integral part of Dryad events. Interactive features, including a musical suitcase and on-tap gin samples, brought the Dryad experience to life.

All businesses operate in competitive markets, so it’s more important than ever to find the right message for you and your customers. Six months after our initial meeting to discuss an event that would showcase how to create a true customer experience, I must thank Becky for an incredible event that proved once again that Dryad is more than just gin. Becky’s dedication and the community involved make it something truly special.

Roger Smith, General Manager

A special thank you goes to Anthony Joseph from Visit Bridgwater for capturing the memorable moments at the event. Dryad Gin, known for spreading a unique community spirit through initiatives such as guided walks, private dining experiences, tailored talks, and pop-up pub events, continues to inspire and connect local business professionals.
