This is the name that will be used on your stand fascia board and in the event programme.

Please provide the contact information for us to share in the event programme. For example, your main website, an email address and a phone number for customer enquiries.

A short, punchy line on why someone should visit your stand, up to 20 words and a brief company bio, up to 50 words, describing who you are, what you do and who you work with. These will be in the event programme.

Description

What is included

– Shell scheme stand in your chosen size in the main hall, including solid panel walls and framing separating you from neighbouring exhibitors (shown as black lines on the floorplan)

– Fascia panel with black vinyl lettering for your stand name and number

– LED spotlights and a power supply to each stand

– Your business listed in the event programme

 

Graphics and branding options

If you would like your shell scheme walls fully branded, Access Displays can print and install graphic panels that will be ready for you when you arrive. To discuss print options and pricing, please contact Access Displays directly at sales@accessdisplays.co.uk.

Access Displays will provide strong Velcro so you can attach your own promotional materials to the panel walls. They also have hooks that hang over the top of the panels for things like framed photos or display boards.

 

Flexible stand layout

The framing structure between main hall stands can be removed on request. This is ideal if:

– You are exhibiting alongside a partner business

– You would like to create a larger combined stand footprint (please contact us to discuss layout options before booking)

 

Booking a stand

When you book your stand you will be asked to confirm your business details. We will use this information to promote your organisation in the event programme and on our channels in the lead up to the Expo.

 

Set up and take down

Set up can take place on the 11th from 3pm and break down will start from 4pm on the day of the Expo, once the event has finished and visitors have left.
