Somerset Larder was established in 2014 to bring together the region’s finest food and drink producers, to act as one, supplying food and drink during the construction of EDF Energy’s Hinkley Point C and to compete for large catering contracts.
Our ethos “from field to fork” working with more than 20 local food and drink producers ensures only the finest, locally sourced products are used. That success has now meant that our reach has expanded into other local industries.
