We are Justelle - a business consultancy based in the South West of England. There are two of us. Jo is our founder and director - she is a Chartered Marketer, holds an ILM Level 7 coaching qualification, has been working in and around business for over twenty years, and is still genuinely enthusiastic about every new brief that lands on her desk. Maria is our consultant - she is sharp, practical, and particularly brilliant at getting into the reality of how a business actually operates rather than how it is supposed to operate, and finding the things that are quietly getting in the way.

Between us we cover strategy, marketing, operations, coaching, and business development. We work with businesses across Somerset, Devon, and Dorset and remotely with clients across the UK. Our clients are mostly owner-managed businesses, leadership teams, and founders who are building something and want someone genuinely useful alongside them - not a firm that disappears after the report is delivered.

We are a small team and we think that is worth saying out loud. When you work with Justelle you are working with us directly - not an account manager, not a junior consultant who has been briefed on your project, us. We think that makes the work better, and most of our clients agree.
