Discovery Supported Employment provides tailored support for autistic individuals, people with learning disabilities, and those who identify as neurodivergent to access and thrive in sustainable employment.We firmly believe that with the right support, everyone can achieve long-term, meaningful work. Employment should be both positive and possible for all.
