Local Business Urgently requires Machine Operators

Machine Operators Required

Permanent Position

Rotating shifts (6am-2.15pm / 2pm-10.15pm) with early finish on Fridays

Monday- Friday

£8.72 increases to £9 after probation & full training (additional increments in line with further training)

IMMEDIATE START FOR FOLLOWING SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW

Our client is a leading manufacturer on the outskirts of Bridgwater, and due to continued growth and demand, they are looking for several additional Machine Operators to join the growing team. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The role will become permanent following a successful 12-week probation period.

Main duties:

  • Running of the production machines
  • Operating, monitoring, controlling and cleaning all plant and associated equipment
  • Packing of orders as required
  • Working in an accurate, efficient and cost-effective manner in order to meet production schedules

Requirements:

  • Experience in machine operating preferred
  • Able to undertake manual handling duties within a fast-paced environment
  • Production experience
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Flexible to support team
  • Attention to detail
  • Referenceable work history
