After 20+ years in the UK cycle industry, I transitioned into Further Education and now lead initiatives like the Levy Loop project, which channels apprenticeship funding into the South West. My role includes driving engagement with Skills Bootcamps, apprenticeships, and commercial training solutions to meet evolving workforce needs. My work spans sectors including Health & Social Care, Digital, Creative Arts, and Business & Professional Studies, with a strong focus on apprenticeships, skills bootcamps, and workforce development.

Collaboration is central to my approach. Working with partners such as Sedgemoor Chamber of Commerce and other community groups allows me to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the college group responds effectively to regional skills needs. I’ve recently completed my Level 5 CMI Diploma in Operations Management, further strengthening my strategic and operational capabilities.
