I have been in recruitment for almost 30 years,  I launched  Red Berry Recruitment in 2007, successfully growing it to £4m TO business , 25 staff and 4 locations. I sold to HRGO Recruitment  in 2019, staying on to Head up the Permanent Recruitment for the Southwest.

Having been a the chair of a number of Boards, as well as sitting as a Director on multiple other boards- including the LEP, The IOD, the Somerset Chamber of Commerce and the FSB, I bring experience not just at Board level, but  also my fast experience within running a sales team, setting up, growing and exiting a business and of course my  recruitment and marketing knowledge!  Next year I will be  undergoing the ILM Level 7  Coaching, Leadership and Mentoring course, offering my clients and the wider business community even more support.
