A C Mole Has Welcomed Three New Partners!

A C Mole is delighted to announce that Adam Knight, Sarah Twist, and Adam Waddle will be promoted to the firm’s partnership with effect from 1 April.  Their collective expertise, long-standing commitment to the firm and specialist knowledge across key sectors further strengthen A C Mole’s continued growth and client service excellence.

Adam Knight — Partner, Audit & Assurance

Adam Knight joined A C Mole in 2001 as a trainee accountant and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. He is now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a Responsible Individual for audit purposes.  Adam specialises in working with a wide range of corporate entities and charities, providing audit, assurance and advisory services, as well as supporting SMEs with financial and taxation advice.

Sarah Twist — Partner, Charity & Not-for-Profit

Sarah Twist began her career at A C Mole in 2003 as a trainee accountant, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2009. She works with a wide variety of personal and corporate clients and  specialises in the charity and not-for-profit sector. In 2019, Sarah was awarded the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, recognising her expertise in charity financial reporting and governance. She was appointed Head of Charities in 2023.

Adam Waddle — Partner, Accounting & Agricultural

Adam Waddle joined A C Mole as an Associate Partner in early 2025, following senior leadership roles within a large South West accountancy firm. With a career beginning in 2007, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 and became a Fellow of the ICAEW in 2023. Adam brings extensive experience in rural accountancy and taxation, particularly capital taxes when advising farmers and land owners, larger partnerships and general accountancy and tax advice.
