Paul & Amelia have been running Jaeger Recruitment for 3 years on 23rd March. In that time, they have gone from new start up to Best Small Business in Sedgemoor 2021.
It wasn’t all plain sailing. In fact, it was extremely difficult to get started. Paul originally started the company up with the sole intention to deal only in Recruitment. As any business owner will tell you, it is never as simple as that. In fact, the business took an initial change in direction by purchasing franchises withing a logistics company. From here they started placing their own drivers into Bridgwater. Fast forward to May 2021 and this is when the real recruitment started as over the next few months, they built a network of 20 depots that they started supplying for. Over the peak Christmas period they were managing over 100 workers a day.
They are currently a multi sector recruiter within but not restricted to Logistics, Warehousing and Construction. Their success has been achieved by the fact that they work closely with their clients and listening to their needs to allow them to plan the best route forward to achieve mutually agreed goals. They are always available to their clients with them having a direct dial whenever they need assistance as they understand that business is not just 9-5 Monday to Friday. By being honest, involved, and available at every step of the way means that they have built up some lasting relationships with multi-national companies but still able to offer a personal touch.
So, what next for the future of Jaeger Recruitment?
They are going through an exciting period of growth with ongoing talks with some well-known household names in Logistics. Their pool of workers is growing daily and not restricted to the local area as they have people working all over the country. Exciting times are ahead for this small business as they are on a journey to become one of the best recruitment companies in the country.
