Sedgemoor Chamber invites local businesses to the launch of the Schools Chamber Initiative, a new partnership connecting employers with schools across Somerset, delivered in partnership with Somerset Careers Hub and Somerset Education Business Partnership.

What to expect

Join us at Chilton School for a presentation showcasing the Schools Chamber strategy, including its mission to bridge the gap between employers and education. You’ll hear how the initiative aims to inspire, connect and empower young people through practical employer encounters, from workplace visits and mock interviews to STEM projects and enterprise challenges.

This is also your chance to have your say. We’ll be gathering ideas and feedback from attendees to help shape the initiative going forward, alongside an opportunity to connect with other local businesses over tea and coffee.
