What is Lanier southwest and What do they do?

Lanier South West is a long‑established independent provider of office technology solutions serving the South West of England, including Somerset, Bristol, and Bath. Their core focus is helping organisations manage documents, printing, and communication systems more efficiently.

Lanier South West offers a broad set of services and technologies, such as:

Managed print services: including photocopiers, colour printers, and production print systems.

Document management & workflow solutions tools that help businesses organise, store, and automate document processes.

Scanning and digital transformation systems: supporting modern, paper‑light workplaces.

Lanier South West currently supports over 1,200 devices across the South West, working with a number of multi-academy trusts and local businesses to improve print efficiency and reduce administrative workload.

As a carbon-neutral organisation with over 58 years of experience, we provide reliable print and document management solutions, supported by a local engineering team with a target response time of 3.5 hours.

Lanier South West are also pleased to have reached the finals of the Somerset Business Awards 2026 for Best Use of Digital Technology, and they look forward to attending the Somerset Business Expo in June and connecting with other local organisations.
