Hi, I'm Charlotte Connelly, a Culture Consultant in the South West.
I work with organisations to improve performance, resilience and risk management by addressing the human influences that sit beneath everyday operations.
My background is Human Factors and Root Cause Analysis, and through my Masters research and lived experience, I became aware that safety, wellbeing and risks being carried are often treated as just compliance issues, until it's too late.
Across the UK, preventable accidents and mental health absences continue to rise, costing the economy billions of pounds. These outcomes are rarely sudden, they're the result of latent organisational conditions that can go unnoticed because people don't know how, or where, to look.
That's where I come in. Through structured interviews and studies across your organisation, I identify hidden constraints, behavioural patterns and weak points that limit performance and increase risk. Then, working collaboratively with leaders and front line teams, we co-create meaningful change initiatives that align individual motivation with organisational goals.
I then stay involved as an organisational accountability partner, refining and adapting the change as it becomes embedded into your organisation, to ensure improvements are sustainable and not shelved.
