The Anthill Group was founded by Amy Fielding and Nikky Gibson who have spent years working inside specialist education before deciding to build what should have already existed.

We work on the problem from three directions.

If every system you've tried forces you to compromise your practice, we build something that doesn't. We work with settings and organisations that can't find software that fits how they actually work designing and building from scratch around your workflows, your data, your people. Recent builds include MegaTracker, a session logging and reporting platform for an alternative provision, and Canopy, an operations hub replacing fragmented spreadsheets and workflows for an outdoor education group.

Our platform for SEN schools, alternative provisions, and MATs. Configured to your therapeutic framework, your terminology, your workflows. Use it as it is or as the foundation for a custom build. With digital Individual Support Plans required for all SEND settings by 2029, the window to build the right foundations is now.

Every setting we work with deepens our understanding of how specialist education actually operates. That knowledge compounds and over time it helps us tackle friction and problems in ways that generic software never could.
